預計於 2014 年 2 月 8 日在日本上映的特攝電影《地球防衛未亡人》，公開了將由 Only Love Hurts 演唱主題曲的消息。
本部是由《日本以外全部沉沒》的導演 河崎實所導，故事描述在結婚前夕由 壇蜜所飾演的地球防衛隊「壇隊員（ダン隊員）」其未婚夫被怪獸殺害，因此壇隊員為了復仇，駕駛戰鬥機與怪獸對抗的特攝電影。
目前電影將預計於 2014 年 2 月 8 日在日本上映，對於此部作品有興趣的人可持續關注
