【趙大智／台北報導】TVBS、中視《媽，親一下》被形容是加了洋葱，意指頗具催淚效果，昨天在中視首播，網友說「來不及笑完又開始哭」，尤其廖峻為了老婆潘麗麗得血癌跟醫生下跪橋段更直觸哭點。
劇中柯有倫提到「沈佳宜」，阿嬤長得像脫線、大哥梁正群60次分手都受到網友熱烈討論，連手機套是藍白拖也被眼尖觀眾認出，質疑當年哪會有現在流行的東西，其實導演鄭芬芬覺得九把刀的故事放在現代也適用，所以改編後時間軸已經轉到現在。
