王羽的「黃金宮殿」豪宅位在新店山區，占地千坪。《蘋果》報導，王羽當初砸下1億，買下這片山坡地，豪宅裝潢更是狠擲3億。王羽的豪宅金璧輝煌，書房裡的收藏品個個都要價不斐，就連馬桶都是大理石打造，洗手台也用K金製作，讓記者入內參觀不斷禁呼讚嘆。
