今日出版的《蘋果》報導，陳怡蓉今年傳出和導演于中中相戀，近期圈內盛傳2人已漸行漸遠，昨她出席精品夏利豪（CHARRIOL）手錶記者會，談到感情現況竟瞬間眼眶泛紅、含淚自爆：「跟導演（于中中）是真的交往過。」她首次公開承認戀情也同時宣布分手，大讚于中中是「很棒的人」，「不管以前、現在、未來，他都是很重要的人」。
