「STUDIO 4℃」成立於 1986 年，主要是以製作動畫、廣告、遊戲片頭及過場影片為主。目前傳出，該公司於 2013 年 11 月 6 日經由地方法院同意，開始進行破產手續。負債總金額為 1 億 3 千萬日圓。
其中關於破產的債權宣告將於 2013 年 12 月 4 日以前完成。而聽證會將預計於日本時間 2014 年 3 月 6 日 10 點舉行。
