【蔡維歆╱台北報導】蔡康永在感謝評審團的橋段中，把外傳曾在金馬典禮跟他傳不合、無法同台演出的劉德華請上台，粉碎不和流言。劉德華一上台就幽默笑說，「哇！這個畫面媒體一定搶著拍我們是不是朋友。」還稱呼蔡康永是「永哥」，並向粉絲解釋不要怪他，要求他講說最愛的人是誰，蔡康永立刻接說：「我最愛的是劉德華。」全場掌聲不斷。
