對於《步步驚心》的吳奇隆跟劉詩詩公開戀情，鄭嘉穎表示拍拖公開很正常，並恭喜另一對劉愷威和楊冪，但自己就不急著結婚。被問有沒機會與佘詩曼復合？他笑答﹕「朋友關係非常好。」會考慮在中國尋找另一半？他一派輕鬆﹕「等上天安排啦！」
